You will be guided by Paru
Paru Clarke — whose name means Fire of Love — has spent 30 years helping people find their way home to themselves, one or two guests at a time.
A lifetime of finding the way home
Paru is a Kiwi who came home after 27 years travelling the world. Her own wake-up call, 20 years ago, set her on a path of healing — and she opened Shunyata because she would have loved a place like it herself.
She has studied deeply in India, Australia and Bali, and brings 30 years of lived experience to every guest. She helped bring The Journey method to New Zealand in 2005. She travels often to stay current with the best in health, healing and spirituality — and what she loves most is simple: helping people find their true selves.

Why live an ordinary life when you can live an extraordinary one?
-
Just you — one or two guests at a time
The opposite of a group programme. Every moment is built around you alone.
-
The root cause, not the symptom
The Journey method, the Enneagram and Ayurveda go beneath the mind to where real change begins.
-
30 years of lived experience
Paru helped bring The Journey method to New Zealand in 2005, and has guided people one-to-one ever since.
